Return & Exchange Policy

 

(i) For Online Official Website Purchase :
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to our HQ warehouse via parcel return. Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted. Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. 

(ii) For Walk in Premium Store Purchase :
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to the original physical store you made the payment. Return & refund to HQ warehouse via parcel return will NOT be accepted.

If the item does not fit, you can always contact us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.Please read our policy below for further details and information. However, customers are advised to notify us at 60162123815 by quoting the order number and the product details. 

Return Policy 
● Store Purchase: Return within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).
● Online Purchase: Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the CHIC CHOC x AZHARAA official online store (www.chicchoc.com.my).
● Product(s) can be returned for exchange (except wholesale bundle), provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
● Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s)/promotion/on sale items or purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable.cannot be returned.
● CHIC CHOC x AZHARAA reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion.
● CHIC CHOC x AZHARAA reserves the right for final decision.
